Dawn is the founder and Director of INsideOUT Salon and INsideOUT Cares. INsideOUT Salon is a nonprofit Beauty professional establishment serving the general public. The goal of the salon is to provide low-cost quality services while making a impact in the fight against human trafficking in Idaho. Dawn through a talking with her clients and evaluating their needs through a consultation, her goal is to help the client to feel beautiful from the inside out. Dawn’s favorite service to provide is haircutting. She enjoys the immediate gratification of making her clients look good and feel good. Dawn has a thorough knowledge of color, after a consultation to determine the best out come for the clients color needs. Her coloring strength is in grey blending and color correction, and fashion colors. Her interests out side of the salon are faith, family, and serving her community. Her life verse Colossians 3:23.

I love doing hair because I love the creativity it requires. I love that every client is like a new art project. My favorite color to do is natural highlights focused around the face.
I think my biggest strength in doing hair is providing a thorough consultation, finding out exactly what the client wants, and explaining the ins and outs of a clients service so everyone understands and is on the same page.
Something interesting about me is that I love food. I love to cook and bake and I love to eat and try new things. Food is my favorite part of traveling, holidays, and special occasions.
